We seek to serve churches, pastors, leaders, and communities through the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kingdom Advancement &amp; Discipleship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To provide a platform and an environment where churches, ministries, and laity of like mind convene for empowerment, equipping, and facilitation to establish <strong>Kingdom dominion on the earth<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To raise disciples across the world through <strong>enriching, life-transforming discipleship<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To promulgate the Kingdom of God by working <strong>cooperatively and corporately<\/strong>, reflecting biblical unity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Church Growth &amp; Ministry Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To nurture the <strong>growth and multiplication of churches<\/strong> through practical development and support for church needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be a <strong>base-station for Gospel ministers<\/strong>, facilitating the preaching of the Gospel across Africa and the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide platforms for ministers to serve in locations beyond their base-stations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist Gospel ministers through <strong>apostolic and prophetic covering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leadership Development &amp; Relationships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To build strong churches by developing <strong>strong, healthy leaders<\/strong> who remain spiritually charged and effective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide relationship-building opportunities that foster the fulfillment of ministry callings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To encourage the development of teams locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To see leaders establish <strong>teams of teams across nations<\/strong>, interacting across spheres of influence through genuine relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create an atmosphere that builds <strong>healthy, enduring, and enriching ministry relationships<\/strong> among pastors, leaders, and teams of all backgrounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Welfare, Sustainability &amp; Care<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To assist Gospel ministers in accessing <strong>financial retirement packages<\/strong> that sustain their families in cases of untimely death or disability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist ministers and their families in securing <strong>health services<\/strong> that facilitate access to medical care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Capacity Building &amp; Skills Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To provide <strong>skills training<\/strong> to local churches, youth, and unemployed individuals by networking with NGOs and specialized programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To build leadership capacity to fully understand and effectively minister to church members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Community Impact &amp; Social Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To provide communities with <strong>impactful programs<\/strong> that make the Gospel relevant by meeting real needs through life-changing initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resources, Research &amp; Global Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To promote <strong>shared resources<\/strong> among Kingdom-minded leaders worldwide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To publish <strong>current research<\/strong> that supports successful evangelism and church planting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prepare <strong>strategic recommendations<\/strong> for global partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accountability, Fellowship &amp; Credibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To demonstrate and uphold <strong>sound accountability<\/strong> in all operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To foster fellowship among a healthy community of ministers of like faith.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To enhance credibility through affiliation with an organization that embraces and emphasizes <strong>integrity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opportunities &amp;
